Customer Service and Delivery of the item was well above expectations. First use yesterday, found that the plastic connector that screws onto the bottom of the water tank had a crack in it and was leaking badly. Called A Superstore and Ken who I originally spoke with to do the order, assisted me, arranging for a new piece to be sent asap. Cannot comment on the actual item yet, until I get the new piece to allow me to use it. Highly recommend AG Superstore though. Five stars to them.
